Anna & Adam's wedding was quite memorable for a variety of reasons. First of all, it's always a pleasure to shoot in the Oxfordshire countryside - all those honey-coloured stone villages and small country churches.
It was a quick trip down the A3 and across to Bishop's Waltham for Lucy and Lee's wedding, in the classic country church of St Peter's
Gate Street Barn is a beautiful and traditional country barn set in the Surrey countryside, with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The barn is built of oak reclaimed from trees that were felled by the infamous 1987 “hurricane”.
It’s located just south of Bramley, near Guildford in Surrey – it’s one of my favourite venues and also one of the closest!

As you would expect when the bride is an event planner by profession, Laura & Matthew’s wedding ran like clockwork! The only thing that didn’t totally cooperate was the weather, which was a bit overcast and grey, but at least it didn’t rain! (more…)
