Wedding photo checklist
Weddings: important people & group photos
Please use this form to give me details of the important people who will be at your wedding (close family, bridesmaids, groomsmen etc.) and also any specific formal group photos that you would like me to take.
Bride and Groom or Partners' names:

Bride or first partner's immediate family:
Please gives a name and relationship for each family member - e.g. "Janet - Mum", "Brian - stepDad". Usually listing just parents and siblings is sufficient - include aunts and uncles etc only if they have a specific role to play at the wedding e.g. giving the bride away or making a speech at the wedding breakfast.
