When you order an album from me, I will keep you updated on its progress. The first stage is the draft design – I will send you a PDF file showing the page layouts so that you can request changes if necessary.
Once you have approved the album, payment is due and the order becomes final – all albums are custom-made products that can’t be sold to anyone else! As soon as I receive payment I will put the album into production.
Album delivery times vary depending on the supplier and the time of year – November and December are the busiest months when many album orders get submitted after the summer wedding season. It can be as quick as two weeks but it’s best to allow four to eight weeks for delivery. I will keep you informed if I hear of any hold-ups.
Once the album has been made I will be in touch to arrange delivery. If you live locally I will normally hand-deliver your album – if it needs to be shipped then an additional charge may be payable.
When you place an order for prints via my shopping cart, I normally receive the order within minutes. Unless I am away for any reason, I aim to process the order within 48 hours, unless you have requested specialist retouching. Most print orders are processed by my professional lab within 3-5 working days, though some special order items may take longer.
As with albums, once I have received the prints I will either ship them direct to you or contact you to arrange delivery.
