Hampshire wedding photos | Laura & Matthew
As you would expect when the bride is an event planner by profession, Laura & Matthew’s wedding ran like clockwork! The only thing that didn’t totally cooperate was the weather, which was a bit overcast and grey, but at least it didn’t rain!
The ceremony took place at St John’s Churt, a pretty little country village church, and the reception was held just up the road at Laura’s parents’ home, with a splendidly decorated marquee in the garden.
Laura was driven in style to the church with her father in an open horse-drawn carriage, and returned the same way afterwards with her new husband Matthew. We did most of the family group photos outside the church, then a few more on the lawn back at the house.
The flowers and other decorations were superb and created an amazing ambiance for the wedding breakfast, speeches and dancing which followed.
Many congratulations to Matthew & Laura, and thank you for letting me document your special day!
Here’s my “highlights” slideshow, and below are a selection of images if you’d rather just browse through those..

Before the ceremony I went to the house to document Laura’s preparations:
I love this moment where her father sees the bride in her dress for the first time
Off to the church in a very stylish horse and carriage!
the kiss!
I really enjoy capturing candid moments during the reception – here are some examples
And of course no wedding would be complete without the speeches
