Wonersh & Shamley Green Primary School Christmas Fair photos

There was an excellent turnout at Wonersh & Shamley Green Primary School yesterday for the annual Christmas Fair. We were blessed with some amazing weather – the sun shone brightly from a blue sky, and the children were able to run around and enjoy the many activities that had been laid on.

These included Santa’s Train, face painting, decorating biscuits and baubles, and festive-themed cricket and football challenges. Everyone enjoyed the delicious barbecued burgers and hot dogs, not to mention the excellent cakes!

I had a stand in the Hall along with some other local businesses, and it was a pleasure to chat to parents and visitors to the Fair.

I have to say that Santa bore a remarkable resemblance to John Metcalfe, whose wedding I recently photographed, but of course that must be a coincidence as everybody knows that Santa is married to Mrs. Claus, and has been for at least 500 years! 😉

Altogether it was a very successful day – here are a few photos that I managed to take in between looking after my stand!
