Storytelling photography and a relaxed, friendly approach
My aim is always to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. Wedding clients often comment on my unobtrusive style, and portrait clients appreciate my unfussy and friendly approach.
I am based just south of Guildford in Surrey. I photograph not only Surrey weddings but also in Hampshire, Sussex, London and throughout the UK.
I am also happy to travel if you are getting married overseas. Over the past 15 years I have photographed many destination weddings in the Caribbean, USA, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East.
Get in touch to find out how I can help you record some special memories.

If I had to pick one word to sum up Natasha and Terry’s wedding I think it would be “joy”. Not just the couple but everybody present seemed to be having a really good time throughout the day. This despite the best efforts of the British climate to put a dampener on things!
If I had to pick one word to sum up this wedding I think it would be “joyful”. Weddings are often stressful affairs – there is so much to organise ahead of the big day, and sometimes this carries over into the day itself – but John and Jason and their families and friends sailed through it all very happily, and a hugely enjoyable time was had by all.
Regular readers of my blog will probably remember I had the pleasure of photographing Julie & Tom’s wedding in islington last September. So what are they doing getting married again in France? The idea was to have a very relaxed summertime celebration with warmer weather, and so that people who weren’t able to come to their London wedding could attend.
Great people, a great venue, and… typical English weather – well two out of three isn’t bad! It didn’t actually rain on Katy & Dean’s wedding day, but it was that classic English mix of overcast skies with a hint of sunshine here and there. The couple would probably prefer wall-to-wall sunshine of course, but from a photographer’s point of view a softer day is not necessarily a bad thing. It means people don’t get hot and sticky, and aren’t dazzled by the sun.
Careena and Adrian were married in Hong Kong but wanted to have a wedding photo shoot amid the glories of the English countryside – so that’s what we did!
We decided on a multi-location shoot in the Surrey Hills area, starting at Newlands Corner and continuing at Silent Pool and in the very pretty village of Shere…
I’m sure you’ve heard of a certain fantasy TV series that features fire-breathing dragons, frozen zombie-like warriors from beyond a wall of ice, and a whole set of warring noble houses all vying for control of an Iron Throne?
Hair & make-up artist Natasha Wiggins and I thought it would be fun to take inspiration from this TV show (“Game of Thrones”, if you haven’t guessed) and bring it to life in a bridal fashion shoot.
