Storytelling photography and a relaxed, friendly approach
My aim is always to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. Wedding clients often comment on my unobtrusive style, and portrait clients appreciate my unfussy and friendly approach.
I am based just south of Guildford in Surrey. I photograph not only Surrey weddings but also in Hampshire, Sussex, London and throughout the UK.
I am also happy to travel if you are getting married overseas. Over the past 15 years I have photographed many destination weddings in the Caribbean, USA, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East.
Get in touch to find out how I can help you record some special memories.

If I had to pick one word to sum up this wedding I think it would be “joyful”. Weddings are often stressful affairs – there is so much to organise ahead of the big day, and sometimes this carries over into the day itself – but John and Jason and their families and friends sailed through it all very happily, and a hugely enjoyable time was had by all.
It’s always a pleasure to photograph weddings at Artington House in Guildford. The registrars and staff there are always very friendly and helpful. Artington House is only an eight-minute drive from me so no stressful journeys are involved!
A hot one! That’s probably how best to describe Yveta and Adam’s Clock Barn Hall wedding – temperatures reached almost 30C in the afternoon as the guests enjoyed the sunshine on the lawn at Clock Barn Hall near Godalming.
I started the day with Yveta and her bridesmaids for bridal preparations at the Hog’s Back Hotel Farnham…
Great people, a great venue, and… typical English weather – well two out of three isn’t bad! It didn’t actually rain on Katy & Dean’s wedding day, but it was that classic English mix of overcast skies with a hint of sunshine here and there. The couple would probably prefer wall-to-wall sunshine of course, but from a photographer’s point of view a softer day is not necessarily a bad thing. It means people don’t get hot and sticky, and aren’t dazzled by the sun.
The English Lake District is one of my favourite places, so I was delighted to be asked to photograph Kinga and Shiral’s wedding at the Lodore Falls Hotel in Borrowdale. The hotel is right next to the famous waterfall that cascades down the hillside and out into Derwent Water.
